Will I receive a personal message once I have got the notification receipt ?
The notification receipt will inform you that your message has been properly received. It will also give you the opportunity to give precise information about your request. And the personal answer to your message will shortly come afterwards.
Can I register at one of the partner universities through EduContact services ?
EduContact services will put you in touch with the relevant services at the partner university if you wish to know more about the courses and the whole curriculum of the university, or if you wish to register.
Is the questionnaire I can access from the receipt notification to my e-mail anonymous ? What is it for ?
The questionnaire is anonymous. It will help us to better understand the motivation and demand towards European distance learning at higher education level. It will help us develop the catalogue of courses in a relevant way.
Who am I talking to, or writing to when I send an e-mail or when I call ?
You are in contact with education advisors, specialised in on line advising. They usually advise anyone requiring to be guided along their training process. They work in a contact centre specialised in educational matters, they can answer your questions, and put you in touch with the relevant correspondent at each partner of EduContact.
Are the offered courses entirely distance courses, or would I have to attend on site courses as well ?
No, you will not have to attend on site courses. EduContact selection is entirely distance courses.
Once I have registered at one of the partner universities, will I still be able to get in touch with EduContact services ?
EduContact will always be listening to you. However, for educational or administrative questions related to the courses you are attending, you will only ask the university you are registered with.
Will I be able to follow courses in my own language ?
You will have to study in the language of the courses offered by each partner university.
